We journey through time and through the scenic splendour of Scotland's Perthshire heartlands to Scone, where Scotland's kings were once crowned and from where the famous Stone of Destiny was removed by "Hammer of the Scots", Edward 1st, in 1296.
We pause by Killecrankie's stunningly beautiful woodland gorge and discover the strategic importance of this highland pass to the Jacobited forces which defeated Government troops here in 1689.
Then its on by the "Road to the Isles", to Loch Tummel's stunning "Queen's view'. Next we cross the flanks of the fairy mountain, Schiehallion, and learn about gravity and contours before descending to Loch Tay, to discover Kenmore and crannogs.
And then, if we have any time left, there might just be a chance to sample a dram before taking a peak at Scotland's, and indeed, Europe's very first seismic observatory....
